Work With Me
Coaching and support built around real life.
I predominantly coach women, but because ADHD touches every part of life, my work also spans individual workplace coaching, manager and employer support, and organisational workshops.

One-to-one Coaching
For women with a late ADHD diagnosis who want to understand themselves, reduce overwhelm and make sustainable changes that fit their life.
One-to-one coaching gives us the space to understand what ADHD has looked like in your life, often long before you had a name for it. We look at the patterns, coping and masking that have helped you keep going, where they are now costing you, and what you need at this stage of your life. My background across psychology, business and coaching allows us to go beyond surface-level fixes and make changes that are realistic, sustainable and right for you. If ADHD is affecting you at work, this coaching can often be supported through Access to Work funding.
Workplace ADHD Coaching
Support for professionals navigating ADHD at work, including workload, communication, confidence, boundaries, prioritisation and sustainable performance.
I have spent over a decade working in HR, global talent development and business, supporting people and leaders in demanding, fast-paced organisations. I understand the realities of performance, competing priorities and workplace expectations. You know you are capable, yet work can sometimes feel like moving at full speed with the handbrake on. Together, we look at what is creating that friction, why certain parts of your role demand so much from you, and what needs to change so you can work with greater clarity, confidence and control.
Manager and Employer Support
Support for managers and HR teams who want to better understand ADHD in the workplace and support sustainable performance.
Supporting an employee with ADHD can bring new considerations for managers and people leaders, particularly when balancing individual needs with performance and the wider team. I have spent years helping managers navigate complex people challenges, develop their teams and get the best from the people they lead. I work with both the manager and employee to understand the individual, the role and the organisational context, so the support is practical, proportionate and relevant to the workplace.
Organisational Workshops
Evidence informed workshops for organisations, leaders and teams. Topics may include ADHD in adults, late diagnosis in women, supporting neurodivergent employees, ADHD inclusive teams and practical support for managers.
I have spent years designing and delivering workshops for managers, people leaders and international audiences. My workshops bring together psychology, business, people development and ADHD expertise to turn theory into something practical and relevant. We move beyond awareness to explore what ADHD means in the workplace, how it can affect the individual and the wider team, and what managers can do to provide the right support while maintaining performance.
